To reduce honeybee stress, when our Master beekeepers ex­tract raw comb from each hive they leave a portion of honey untouched for the bees to ward off hunger pangs during the winter.

Once inside our honey packing plant, giant fans swirl warm air around our raw honey until it’s just liquid enough to filter out the natural debris of a fresh harvest. No boiling, no fire, ever.
