Job Purpose:

With Effective utilization fraud tool manual activities and experience, detect, minimize and prevent Revenue leakages in all Revenue streams.

Main Activities.

1. -Implement and operate an effective governance process of policies, processes and controls to minimize revenue leakages, in all revenue streams.
2. -Identify and drive business process improvements, to revenue leakages from people process or systems failures, providing planning, metrics, analyzing, reporting, managing, automating and supporting the resolution process.
3. -Understand billing payments, finance, customer and cash management end-to-end processes, for all revenue streams to identify risks in process.
4. -E2E reconciliation from source, through to wholesale and retail billing and ensuring that all events (CDRs) are received and processed in a timely, complete and accurate manner.
5. - Define and build Revenue Assurance reconciliation and other analysis based controls and ensure those  controls and operated effectively.
6. Design and develop operational and daily dashboards of revenue operation, current and anticipating leakages.
7. Analyse and report clearance of exceptions from all provisioning (HLR) and billing system.
8. Management of over, under and incorrect charging issues of Zain products and services across  all systems.
9. Manage system implementations & improvements for Revenue Assurance and implementation of new control points and metrics as the business changes.
10. Report daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation packs and KPI dashboard to reflect the overall RA Group KPIs.
11. Support Internal & External Audits from RA perspective, Report Monthly RA Group KPIs.
12. E2E event (CDRs) tracking and analysis
13. Revenue risk monitoring and analysis and flag risk issues unallocated event analysis and assistance with clearance.
14. Assist in monthly account reconciliations and activities.
15. Over see billings, credit adjustments, and refunds on monthly basis.
