JOB PURPOSE:

To help Zain South Sudan accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

Perform and execute an internal auditor review jointly with group internal auditors to agreed plan to protect the interests of Zain and its shareholders.

Collect the initial list of requirements "ILRS" for the upcoming

internal audit reviews.

Attending meeting with auditees to develop an understanding of business process.

Examines documentation; including reports; statements; records and memos to gather information's for upcoming reviews.

Investigate individual incidents of financial irregularity, failure to comply or breach of procedures and report back to the Zain Management.

Undertake ad hoc and special assignment project and other audit work in any area to support business efficiency and provide advice to managers as required.

Maintain all working papers and necessary administrative records for the use by Zain.

Lead and facilitate meetings to discuss audit findings and recommendations with the auditees.

• Continuous follow up on the internal audit findings and support the departments to implement audit recommendations.
