Location: Juba Office Duty station Juba
Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Officer who will be involved in sourcing, recruiting, Planning the overall HR strategy and assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures. Key responsibilities:
Support the Group Human Resource Manager in creating and implementing the right Workplace Culture. Maintain up to date leave records for all staff
Ensure timely error free Payroll processing for Permanent staff, three-months fived term contract staff and one-month fixed term contract staff.
• Manage overtime process where required.
•Participate in Performance Management by overseeing recognition programs such as the employee of the month etc.
-Manage the recruitment process, facilitate job descriptions for all positions & ensure
proper Induction of all new joiners,
Support line managers on handling Disciplinary process and procedures in consultation with the Human Resource Manager
Manage general staff attendance S ensure Compliance on all aspects of HR.
Manage dally HR operations optimally
Ensure HR policy compliance, and be on the fore front to reach HR policies to the unclassified staff.
Manage staff exits In a humane manner (calculate final dues correctly, prepare certificate of service etc.)
• Create and Implement effective on boarding plans.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
•Ensure accurate, up to date and proper record-keeping of employee Information both
