Purpose of Job

Reporting to the Deputy Director, the Principal Policy Officer (Intelligence Analysis ) analyzes, evaluates and isolates information gathered by Policy Officers (Liaison & Data Collection) and the Research & Capacity Building Unit, and produces reports on vital information in a timely manner that is used to anticipate and prevent organized crime activities, and direct policy decisions.

Main Functions

The Principal Policy Officer (Intelligence Analysis) will perform the following duties:
Provide overall leadership to the intelligence function of the Centre.
Represent the Centre in regional, continental and international conferences.
Develops strategic plans for his/her assigned region in line with the Centre’s strategic goals, objectives and priorities
