Christian Mission for Development (CMD) is a registered South Sudanese non-profit relief and development organisation, working in collaboration with UN agencies, International NGOs, churches and community-based organisations in South Sudan founded in 2005 following the signing of Comprehensive Peace Agreement – CPA.
CMD is implementing the Fisher Community Resilience Enhancement Project (FCREP) in Bor County funded by UN-FAO to help address five high impact key leverage points and gaps include high post-harvest losses, lack of coordination amongst stakeholders, lack of data on the fishery sector, no or limited management (governance) of the aquatic resource, and under-developed value chains.
