Expansion of Rural Agricultural Inputs Supply and Extension Services Project
Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA) South Sudan is an International Non-Governmental Organization involved in humantarian relief and long-term development cooperation in South Sudan. NPA has been working in South Sudan since 1986 and currently runs three programs: Civil Society Development, Rural Development and Emergency Response.
NPA is seeking a competent & experienced consultant(s) or an organization/them to provide consultancy on End of Project Evaluation of its Expansion of Rural Agricultural Inputs Supply and Extension Services (E-RAISE) project, being implemented in Lakes State of South Sudan.
ESENTIAL CRITERIA:
The evaluation shall be based on technical and financial proposal, Including: .
- Relevant field/ country experience in consultancy.
- Relevant sector specific technical qualifications & experience
- Known reliability in delivery of timely and quality services with evidence of work done and references.
- Cost/ budget proposal
- Legal document (registration certificate, tax Identification Number (TIN)
